Boys & Girls Club of Muncie has issued an RFP (Request for Proposals) to experienced firms to lead a project for the Communication & Marketing Committee. The project, “Communication Alignment Project,” will lay the groundwork for the committee to develop a comprehensive communication plan for the organization. Ultimately, during this project, we look to engage our key audiences to better understand our organization’s impact and opportunities in order to improve our overall communication, both internally and externally.

In anticipation of developing a comprehensive communication plan in late fall of 2016, followed by launching a strategic planning process in early 2017, the Communication and Marketing Committee looks to contract a firm to lay the groundwork by leading the Board of Directors through a SWOT analysis; develop a refreshed Mission and Vision; and conduct focus groups. These processes will help the organization to focus its communication efforts on the right audiences, with the right message for the right purpose.
