Spring in Muncie

Well, it’s finally spring here in Muncie. I don’t know about you, but used to be, the smell of freshly cut grass always made me think of baseball. Baseball was my sport, it is the game that I’d play before I played any other. As my knees and back argue that I’m not quite able to play baseball with the vigor I’d once done, there is another sport I now wish I’d learned to play at a younger age. That game is golf.

Seasons Greetings from the CEO

Happy Holidays. As I write this, we are just coming off a day where we had 262 members in our buildings. That is a testament to you, our partners, families, and champions in the community.  With your help, our average daily attendance for this week was 230 members per day. 

Buley and Boys & Girls Club announce merger

After several years of unique collaborative endeavors, and this year shared after-school programming, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie and the Roy C. Buley Center are merging staffs, curriculum and boards of directors, effective early next year.

Teen Night

Teen Night will be on Friday, November 17th for all high school students.

Teen Town Hall

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie is hosting a Teen Town Hall on Wednesday, November 8th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

CEO Meet & Greet

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie invites you to meet our new CEO Jason Newman at an Open House from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9.

Letter from the CEO

I am excited to introduce myself to everybody as the new CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie, IN. I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet all of the communities here, especially the young people in our area.
