The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie, in partnership with Muncie Community Schools and the George and Frances Ball Foundation, has established a new site at Southside Middle School to provide access to exceptional after-school programming for more students and families on the south side of Muncie.

This new Southside Middle School Site will play a pivotal role in helping teens reach their full potential and to envision a bright future. This site will provide a safe and supportive environment, offer enriching academic support programs, and foster strong relationships with peers and caring mentors.

“This partnership with Muncie Community Schools and Southside Middle School in particular, is another example of the Clubs meeting our kids and families where they are, and need us most.” said Jason Newman, CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie. “Thank you George and Frances Ball Foundation for helping us serve our kids”.

The Southside Middle School Site will be the fourth Club site including Madison Street Site for students grades K-5, The Gathering Site, which serves Delaware Community School students grades K-8th, and the Roy C. Buley Center serving 6th-12th grade.

At each of the four Club locations, the whole child approach is focused on three main pillars: Academic & Career Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Character & Leadership. By adding this fourth site, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie will reach over 200 kids daily during the school year.

Enrollment for all four sites is now open. Visit www.bgcmuncie.org/join to take a virtual tour and learn more about each site and the schools they serve.
