Who said giving back is “ruff?”

Members at the Boys & Girls Club of Muncie don’t!

Today a group of Club Kids went to the Muncie Animal Shelter to deliver Doggie Bags to their furry friends. They also learned more about the Animal Shelter and received a tour.

Happy Birthday from US!

Each time the Boys & Girls Club celebrates member’s birthdays, they learn to give rather than just receive. This month’s birthday celebration focused on the animal shelter as they prepared Doggie Bags that included milkbones and other toys and treasures for the needy animals.

Kids love it!

Alenea M: “Dogs are just like humans, they need food and exercise just like us kids”

Tavia C: Asked if we could go as a Club to volunteer and help at the shelter for a project.

“Mr. Phil and the rest of the staff was so welcoming to us and loved our doggie bags! We got to meet Benny, the biggest dog we’ve ever seen!”

Special Thanks

Huge thanks to Ms. Debi Kampen-Bigler for organizing our birthday parties and teaching the kids to give back.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][image_with_animation image_url=”1629″ animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self”][image_with_animation image_url=”1631″ animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self”][image_with_animation image_url=”1630″ animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
