CROSSFIT:
Members participate in training focused on developing and harnessing excellent athletic abilities. Every member leaves with the ability to run faster, jump higher, and have greater body awareness and joint strength to decrease the risk of injury. Ongoing coaching and training of athletes in consistently varied functional fitness movements are designed to cross over into nearly all sports environments.
